PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a high-level precision is required on an assembly in an arrangement of a switch and a resilient member in an appropriate position backward of a writing body, and a minor correction process is very complicated when the purpose of stroke pressure detection cannot be obtained due to a gap of a fixed position of the switch or the resilient member since a solder is used commonly in fixing of the switch and the resilient member. SOLUTION: In a writing body arranged to a shaft cylinder through a center shaft, and an electronic pen equipped with an electric apparatus which detects a stroke pressure of the writing body and switches on/off of a power source, a house which contains the electric apparatus is formed as a module. A guide section which guides a writing body holder which is fixed to the writing body and slides in a longitudinal direction with the writing body, and a locking section which locks a contact of the writing body holder edge are formed in the house. The electric apparatus is positioned in the guide section and the switch (or sensor) receive section, and the electronic pen can be fixed to the center shaft while arranging an resilient member which always energizes the locking section ahead.
