PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam turbine capable of reducing pressure fluctuation at a confluence section where steam flowing in from an outlet end of a low-pressure and main steam join and reducing noises at the confluence. SOLUTION: A steam turbine includes a low-pressure turbine 5 to which a superheated steam of low-pressure is supplied via a low-pressure steam pipe 7 from a low-pressure superheater of a boiler, and a steam turbine 2 provided with a turbine 4 that supplies main steam to the low-pressure turbine 5 via a crossover pipe 6, wherein the outlet end of the low-pressure steam pipe 7 is connected to a turbine casing located at the crossover pipe 6 side of the turbine 4.
