PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iontophoresis apparatus which is easily manufactured, is excellent in handleability when delivering chemical ions and is capable of easily or surely liquid-tightly holding an electrolyte or a liquid chemical. SOLUTION: This apparatus holds the electrolyte in a vacancy formed on a support body and a first ion selection membrane, a separator and a second ion selection membrane are arranged successively on the lower surface side of the vacancy. At the time, the outer peripheries of the first ion selection membrane, the separator and the second ion selection membrane are adhered to the lower surface of the support body so as to cover the vacancy, the first ion selection membrane and the separator entirely with the first ion selection membrane, the separator and the second ion selection membrane respectively, and the liquid tightness of the part of the vacancy and the separator is achieved by the part of an adhesion margin with the support body at the outer peripheries of the first ion selection and second ion selection membranes.
