An incubator for isolator capable of assured sterilization of the interiors of incubator culture chamber and further gas supply piping and sampling piping. Incubator (1) for isolator (40) includes piping (16) for gas concentration control disposed in communication with the interior of culture chamber (4) so as to carry out control of culture gas concentration within the culture chamber (4); sterile gas circulation piping (26) for circulation of sterile gas from the interior of culture chamber (4) through the piping (16) for gas concentration control; and circulation pump (24) provided along the sterile gas circulation piping (26).
