The device has a spacer disk (1) arranged on a side of a flat component, where the side faces a clamping disk. Retaining claws (3) are provided with a lug (4) that overlaps the edge of the clamping disk, and protrude through a separate opening in the flat component. The claws are arranged at an edge of the spacer disk at same angular distance from each other such that they retain the clamping disk with radial and axial play. An independent claim is also included for a spacer disk for arrangement at a flat surface.
