The rifle has an upper part (1) with a barrel (11) and a catch, and a lower part (2) with a magazine (22), a pulling-off device (23), a rear shaft (25), and a front shaft (3). The upper part with a rear end before the rear shaft is inserted or hooked into the lower part. The upper part is fixed with the lower part by a cross pin (4) before the magazine. The front shaft surrounds both sides of the cross pin, and is lockable at the upper part, lower part or at the cross pin. The cross pin is attached to the upper or lower part in an undetachable manner.
