The steel cartridge profile plate has multiple openings e.g. punch holes, rhombic slots (3) and/or embossing with cut portions, provided in webs (2) of a steel cartridge profile (1). A heat-insulating section extends through a meander shaped arrangement of supporting cross section of the webs. The openings are filled with a heat-insulating material, where the openings are provided in a band before profiling or during the profiling.
