摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device for reducing the number of manufacture processes when forming recess shape on the surface of a reflection electrode after forming a signal line used by an addition circuit or the like on the lower layer of the reflection electrode in a pixel region. <P>SOLUTION: The addition circuit is formed on a glass substrate 14 to deposit a passivation film 4. Furthermore, after an insulation film 2 is deposited, a contact hole is formed and a signal line 3 is formed so as to be connected to the addition circuit. An irregularity shape can be formed on the surface of an organic insulation film 1 depending on a level difference between the signal line 3 and the insulation film 2 by forming the organic insulation film 1 after pattern-forming the signal line 3 and the insulation film 2. An irregularity shape can be formed on the surface of a reflection electrode 10 by forming the reflection electrode 10 on the organic insulation film 1.
