<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet classification method by which a powdery material and a granular material of a metal and/or a metal compound can be continuously classified using a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for wet classification of the powdery material and granular material of a metal and/or a metal compound, a wet classification apparatus utilizes gravity settling and have the following characteristics: the apparatus has an upright cylindrical shape in the upper part and an inverted conical shape in the lower part; an inflow hole is provided to the lower part of the apparatus, and discharge holes are provided to the vicinity of the upper end of the cylindrical part and also to the bottom of the apparatus; and further, clean liquid in an amount equal to the flow rate of the discharge through the above discharge hole is allowed to flow in from the inverted conical part in the lower part in the direction of the discharge hole in the bottom of the apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
