<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a customer to complete all processes on one input screen while reducing the time before a disposal process and the cost of disposal. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 50 takes in information input to a customer terminal 10 and transfers this information to each device. A printing company's terminal 20 prints a seal containing a unique ID and distributes the seal to the customer terminal 10.
