<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar photovoltaic cell which has excellent durability, which can be manufactured in a manufacturing process having a low manufacturing cost per unit, and which has a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A complex titanium oxide expressed by a formula: A2Ti3O7 is used as the main component and a crystal structure has a layered structure of Na2Ti3O7 type of monoclinic system.
