<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card connector device including a guide frame capable of reducing fixing processes as compared with a screw-fixed guide frame without needing a tool in fixation, and to provide an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: Since a guide frame fixing part 55 is engaged with a through-hole 54 for fixing the guide frame 50 to a circuit board 56, the need of a screw is obviated, and the need of a tool for preventing the deformation of the guide frame 50 is obviated, whereby processes are reduced, and a cost is reduced as well.
