<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a withstand pressure strength of pressure sensitive section in a control valve for a compressor unit of internal variable control type. <P>SOLUTION: In a control valve for the compressor unit 1, a layered product of belleville spring 24 is arranged at a side opposite to a transmitting member 19 of diaphragm 23 constituting the pressure sensitive section. Accordingly, even when the diaphragm 23 is applied with a great suction pressure Ps at the time of valve opening, the diaphragm 23 is prevented from being broken or deformed since the belleville spring 24 catches it at the opposite side, in that accordingly, the withstand pressure strength of the pressure sensitive section can be improved. As a result of it, even when it is applied to a refrigerating cycle in which the suction pressure Ps become high as with one employing carbon dioxide or the like as a coolant, a sufficient withstand pressure strength can be kept. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
