<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data structure, etc. of an image forming apparatus capable of preventing the generation of confusion in the use of a functional shortcut system even if the functional shortcut system is introduced to the image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The data structure of the image forming apparatus can be set in common with image forming apparatuses with different models.
