<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of inexpensively manufacturing a low-resistance and high-transmittance transparent conductive film. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of a transparent conductive film has a process for applying a coating liquid to a base material, drying it and thereafter heat-treating it. In the manufacturing method of a transparent conductive film, the coating liquid contains: (a) a fluorine-containing organic solvent A having a specific permittivity of 3-15 and a boiling point of 40-120°C in a state of barometric pressure of 0.1 MPa without being mixed with water; (b) an organic solvent B having a surface tension above 25 mN/m and a boiling point of 50-250°C in a state at barometric pressure of 0.1 MPa which is higher than the boiling point of the fluorine-containing organic solvent A without being mixed with water; (c) water; (d) conductive particles having a median diameter not greater than 5μm; and (e) a thickener and/or a surface active agent; and is formed out of a W/O type emulsion wherein (a) the content of the fluorine-containing organic solvent A is 20-90 mass%; (b) the content of the organic solvent B is 3-60 mass%; (c) the content of water is 5-50 mass%; and (d) the content of the conductive particles is 1-12 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
