PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic device capable of changing its operating buttons for giving photographing instructions in such a manner as to meet the photographer's desire, and a method for setting the operating buttons. SOLUTION: An amount of a hand shake is obtained for each operation of a plurality of operating buttons, and the operating button of which amount of the hand movement is the least of them is set to the shutter button.
