PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image data processor capable of calculating a difference between a plurality of image data in a short time and clearly displaying a different part between the both. SOLUTION: The image data processor 100 includes two or more systems of video signal input parts 10, an image conversion means 20 image-converting video data inputted from the input parts 10, a storage means 60 storing resulting image data, a differential value calculation means mutually differentiating the image data in pixel units to calculate a differential value, a differential image generation means 40 generating a new image based on the calculated differential value, and an output means 50 outputting images converted by the image conversion means 20 and the image generated by the differential image generation means 40.
