PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone resin composition curable by hydrosilylation reaction, exhibiting solid (powdery) state at room temperature, meltable by heating, moldable by transfer molding or injection molding and giving a cured product having high strength and little discoloration with ultraviolet rays and heat and provide a cured product having high strength and little discoloration with ultraviolet rays and heat. SOLUTION: The silicone resin composition curable by hydrosilylation reaction contains thermoplastic resin fine particles containing a platinum-based catalyst, and has a softening point of≥50°C and melt viscosity of≥5,000 mPa s at 150°C.
