PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information notification system for notifying a mobile phone of information regarding the arrival of a call at a fixed telephone set or accumulation of an automatically recorded message. SOLUTION: When an incoming call to a fixed telephone set 5 is detected by a telephone exchange 1, an SIP server 11 confirms whether the fixed telephone set 5 registers call arrival notifications from a subscriber database 1. If the fixed telephone set 5 registers call arrival notifications, the SIP server 11 transmits information (CDR) regarding the incoming call to an APL-GW 21. The APL-GW 21 acquires a telephone number of the fixed telephone set 5 from the received CDR and acquires information of a mobile phone 4 linked with the fixed telephone set 5 from the subscriber database 22. The APL-GW 21 generates a call arrival notification message to the mobile phone 4 and outputs the message to an MSGW 23.
