PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab for a working vehicle, which surely guides cooling air from air conditioning equipment to a desired place, without an increase in the cost of the manufacture of a die for an interior finishing liner. SOLUTION: The cab for the working vehicle comprises: a cab body 5 which is constituted in a box shape, and in which an operator gets; an air-conditioner 6 which is provided on the upper outside of a back panel 57; a duct 7 which is formed on the indoor side of a ceiling panel 58 in such a shape as to be integral with the ceiling panel 58, which is almost equal in width to an air outlet of the air-conditioner 6, and which is extended in the longitudinal direction of the working vehicle so as to send the air, issued from the air-conditioner 6, in the forward direction of the working vehicle; and a pair of rear openings for blowoff, which are formed on both the sides of the duct along the back panel 57, and which blow the air, issued from the air-conditioner 6, along the back panel 57.
