PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a helmet from shaking and slipping from the head and slipping to the front when facing down during operation in a spot and to further prevent the inner surface of the central apical part of a hammock from directly colliding with the head so that a pain is not felt with the central top of the head. SOLUTION: An elastic body without limiting to a low repulsive material or a polyurethane, etc., is applied to the circumferential inner surface of a headband 3 of the helmet with an adhesive or a double-sided tape, etc. For the hammock, the elastic body is applied to the inner surface of a central top part 7 of the hammock in the same manner as in the case of the headband.
