PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutout picture body which can make a pattern itself three-dimensional without the need for much labor, and a decorative display body. SOLUTION: The cutout picture body 2 is obtained by eliminating a part, corresponding to a decorative ground, from one planar material. A strip-shaped line 7 of a color darker than that of the pattern is provided on a part 5, desired to seem to be positioned on a downside, of the crossing part 6 of the part 5 and a part 4 constituting the pattern and desired to seem to be positioned on an upside.
