PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doctor device which can dispense with doctor blade readjustment required conventionally when a liquid accumulated in a doctor pan, improve workability in disposing of a waste liquor, lower the rigidity of the doctor pan and reduce the weight of the doctor pan. SOLUTION: The doctor device 40 comprises the doctor blade 41 which scrapes a contaminated cleaning fluid off the sheath surface of a kneading roller 39, and the doctor pan 42 where the fluid scraped by the doctor blade 41 is collected. In addition, the doctor blade 41 and the doctor pan 42 are mutually of a discrete structure, and the doctor blade 41 is structured independently of the doctor pan 42 in the way that the former can move forward from and back to the kneading roller 39.
