ADHESION TOOL FOR WOODY STRUCTURAL MATERIAL AND METHOD OF APPLYING ADHESIVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion tool and a coating method for selectively and stably applying adhesive though the fluctuation of the dimension and the shape or machining errors are present or not in the adhesion of a sructureal member of a woody material to manufacture the woody material and to solve problems of the lowering of adhesive strength or the deterioration of assembling dimensional accuracy caused by the lack or ununiformity of the coating quantity. SOLUTION: To solve the problems, the adhesive is selectively and stably applied using the adhesive tool by which the adhesive pouring into a groove bottom part is made to flow only on the side surface of the groove while keeping a relative position of the adhesive tool to the groove side surface and a relative position of the adhesive jig to a structural member so that the adhesive to be applied forms excellent wettability to make a proper coating surface in an adhesive joint part between the woody material and the structural member.
