<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic nanosheet laminated film by laminating a gel nanosheet obtained by a fluidized interfacial sol-gel process on a substrate surface without defects over a large area. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a ceramic laminated sheet comprises partially hydrolyzing one or more chemically modified metal alkoxides to form a polymer, dissolving the polymer in a solvent having a moderate solubility in water to form a solution having a desired concentration, preparing a gel nanosheet by a fluidized interfacial sol-gel process, transferring the sheet to a substrate, and optionally firing the transferred sheet with the substrate. This process provides a ceramic nanosheet laminated film having a structure in which arbitrary numbers of ceramic nanosheets having a thickness of substantially 10-1,000 nm are laminated on a substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
