PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact IC card which allows users to easily switch read-enable/disable state.

SOLUTION: The non-contact IC card 1 has an IC chip 21 which has a contact point 20 to be connected with a loop antenna 22, the loop antenna 22 which has a contact point 24 to be connected with the IC chip 21, and a switching part 5 which switches between a connection state that the connection points 20 and 24 of the IC chip 21 and the loop antenna 22 are electrically have been connected and a disconnection state that the contact points 20 and 24 have been electrically disconnected.
