<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable neighboring base stations to utilize the same time slots in the same frequency without requiring share of user terminal information between the neighboring base stations. <P>SOLUTION: The base station according to this one embodiment is provided with a frame generating means for serially generating time frames to be transmitted to mobile stations; a storage means for storing transmission power control pattern information defining that the transmission power of each of the predetermined number of time frames employs which transmission power selected from among first transmission power covering the entire communication area and transmission power of second-nth (n is an integer of two or more) covering an area smaller than the communication area; a transmission power control means for controlling the transmission power of the time frames to be serially generated by the frame generating means per the predetermined number of frames on the basis of the transmission power control pattern information; and a transmission means for transmitting the time frame subjected to transmission power control by the transmission power control means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
