<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for a gear capable of stably supporting a rotation shaft of a gear device by absorbing difference of material characteristics of the bearing and a casing. <P>SOLUTION: The bearing device for the gear consists of a casing 12 formed by light alloy such as aluminum alloy, an input shaft 13 inserted through the casing 12, an output shaft 14 arranged in parallel with the input shaft 13, a small gear 15 of tooth number n<SB>1</SB>connected with the input shaft 13 in a fixed manner, a large gear 16 of tooth number n<SB>2</SB>connected with the output shaft 14 in a fixed manner for meshing with the small gear 15, four bearings 17, 18, 19, 20 for rotatably supporting the input shaft 13 and the output shaft 14 in the casing 12 and bearing fixing parts 21a, 21b, 22a, 22b for receiving the bearings 17 to 20. Thermal expansion difference compensation materials are provided for bearing holding members 21, 22 fixed to the casing 12 in a manner unable to rotate and for a contact part between the casing 12 and the bearing holding members 21, 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
