PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support apparatus for executing notification processing at timing suitable for a driver. SOLUTION: A vehicle, white lines, and a pedestrian are recognized from an input image that is photographed by a camera 31 and is processed by a pre-processing section 11, and a collision determination section 20 predicts the occurrence of collision by the recognized result. A warning timing control section 21 refers to age information and drive history information stored in a driver information holding section 13 when giving a warning on the collision, and outputs a warning at timing according to the judgment speed and reaction speed of the driver and operation accuracy.
