PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional processor further improved in user's convenience by making it possible to change a program that is preferentially activated, and a control method therefor. SOLUTION: In the multifunctional processor, a program for executing a function which is executed at power supply OFF of the device is stored in a preferential function program storage part of a ROM (S23). According to this, when the power supply of the device is started, the program stored in the preferential function program storage part of the ROM is preferentially loaded to a RAM and made executable.
