PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DMA (direct memory access) data transfer device, capable of increasing the number of DMA engines or the number of transfer data without excessive increase in scale of hardware. SOLUTION: The DMA data transfer device comprises a memory 13 or 30; a communication controller 15; a DMA controller 12 including a plurality of DMA engines 120 each performing data transfer by DMA from the memory 13 or 30 to the communication controller 15; and a DMA control part 11. The DMA control part 11 determines a division size of transfer data so as to be transferable by the DMA engines 120, instructs data transfer by DMA to the DMA controller 12, and controls the data transfer by DMA. The DMA control part 11 transmits determination information for determining completion of data transfer to the communication controller 15.
