REFLECTOR ANTENNA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector antenna that can improve directivity without the need for executing complicated manufacturing processes and can be downsized while suppressing the interference of an electromagnetic wave on an electronic circuit. SOLUTION: The reflector antenna 100 includes: a semiconductor integrated circuit substrate 1 on the front side of which a half wavelength dipole antenna 2 is formed; an empty hole region 3 for surrounding the half wavelength dipole antenna 2; a ground conductor 4 formed on the front side of the semiconductor integrated circuit substrate 1 except at least the empty hole region 3; a reflection plate in contact with the rear side of the semiconductor integrated circuit substrate 1; and a radio wave absorbing body 7 in contact with the semiconductor integrated circuit substrate 1 and the reflection plate 6. Further, the reflection plate 6 is arranged to a position at which the reflector plate 6 is overlapped with the whole of the half wavelength dipole antenna 2 and not overlapped with a transistor circuit 5.
