PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board permitting control according to various grades by only one kind, and to provide a seat driving device. SOLUTION: A circuit board is provided with: a connector 8 connected with a motor for driving the seat 1 of a vehicle through an electric wire 11; a switch part 9 outputting control signals for switching the operation of the motor; common transmission lines 10a and 10b connected between the switch part 9 and the connector 8; a first branch transmission line 14 and a second branch transmission line 17 branching into two directions from the common transmission lines 10a and 10b; a jumper wire mounting part 15 that is provided in the middle of the first branch transmission line 14 to conduct the first branch transmission line 14 by mounting a jumper wire component 21; and a memory substrate mounting part 23 that is provided in the middle of the second branch transmission line 17 to conduct the second branch transmission line 17 by mounting the memory substrate 23.
