PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL element, a display using the same and a luminaire wherein a good luminescent brightness and luminescent lifetime are exhibited, a dark spot in driving is small, an aging stability under a high temperature and a high humidity is high. SOLUTION: In the organic electroluminescence device which has an electrode and at least two organic layers on a substrate, at least one layer of the organic layer is transferred or stuck to a film forming face of the substrate in a state that a film density is 1.10 to 1.25 g/cm3, for formation.
