PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbo refrigerating machine capable of supplying cold water while keeping its constant temperature even when the turbo refrigerating machine is stopped by problems. SOLUTION: In the turbo refrigerating machine 3 comprising an operating panel 4 for monitoring a state of the turbo refrigerating machine 3 cooling the cold water flowing in from an external load and controlling the turbo refrigerating machine 3, a start-up request signal requiring the start of the other turbo refrigerating machine is generated, when an operation stop prediction that the operation of the turbo refrigerating machine 3 is stopped after a prescribed time because of the abnormality in the state of the turbo refrigerating machine 3, is performed.
