PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable simply adjusting the mass and the spring constant of an elastic body with a dynamic damper kept installed in a shaft member. SOLUTION: A main body 1 of the dynamic damper is formed of a cylindrical elastic body externally fitted in the shaft member 11. A plurality of round holes 2a, 2b, 2c axially penetrating the cylindrical elastic body are circumferentially disposed triply, an adjusting member 3a to adjust the mass is inserted into all the round holes 2a at the outermost periphery, and an adjusting member 3b to adjust the spring constant is inserted into all the round holes 2c at the innermost periphery with interference. Thereby, with the dynamic damper kept installed in the shaft member 11, each adjusting member 3a, 3b is held in the main body 1 with the interference only by inserting each adjusting member 3a, 3b into the round holes 2a, 2b, 2c, which enables simply adjusting the mass of the dynamic damper and the spring constant of the elastic body.
