PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel property judgment device capable of judging fuel property at low cost in a vehicle provided with an evaporated fuel treatment device. SOLUTION: This fuel property judgment device judging fuel properties relating to volatility is provided on a vehicle provided with a canister temporarily adsorbing evaporated fuel generated from a fuel tank and an evaporated fuel condition determination means determining evaporated fuel concentration of air fuel mixture purged from the canister, and including an evaporated fuel treatment device controlling purge quantity based on evaporated fuel concentration determined by the evaporated fuel condition determination means. The device judges whether accumulated flow rate of air fuel ratio purged from the canister gets to flow rate with which judgment can be done or more (S304), and evaporated fuel concentration C1 at that time can be detected (S307) when the same gets to flow rate with which judgment can be done or more.
