PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means of exhibiting excellent bleaching effect when a liquid bleaching composition in a foamed state is used. SOLUTION: The liquid composition (except the composition containing a boron compound) for bleaching clothes comprises, at a specific rate, (a) hydrogen peroxide, (b) a specific surfactant derived from sugar, (c) a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether having a 10-14C alkyl and a 7-12 average addition molar number of the oxypropylene group, and (d) water.
