PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic-acid tube which is neither a thin membrane nor a microsquare, and moreover which has not existed hitherto, namely which is quite new. SOLUTION: The polylactic-acid tube has a tubular hollow section having a diameter of from the order of nanometers to the order of micrometers and a length being 2-250 times the diameter and has a shell of polylactic acid.
