PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grind burrs produced on a marked-off surface with a simple configuration, and also to prevent the generation of burrs on other machining surfaces neighboring the marked-off surface. SOLUTION: Abrasive wheels 4 are rotatably supported by means of abrasive wheel supporting blocks 3. Further, the abrasive wheels 4 can move in the circumferential Y direction around a central axis X. In the case of grinding, a deburring device 1 is set such that the outer peripheral surfaces of the abrasive wheels 4 are brought into contact with a tapered surface 15 that is a marked-off surface arranged in the Y direction. In this case, the directions of rotating tangents in the outer peripheral surfaces of the abrasive wheels 4 in contact with the tapered surface 15 are tilted with respect to the Y direction. In this state, the abrasive wheels 4 are moved in the Y direction by means of a rotating mechanism 8. The abrasive wheels 4 are turned only by the frictional force caused by the contact of the abrasive wheels 4 with the tapered surface 15. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
