A radio video system and a method for processing a signal in the radio video system are provided to synchronize a video signal displayed on a television receiver with an audio signal output from an audio amplifier and a speaker by using a feedback synchronization signal. A radio video system includes a video source device, a transmitter(12), a display device(13), and a speaker(15). The video source device outputs a video signal and an audio signal. The transmitter outputs the video signal with a synchronization signal in wireless, and then delays the output of the audio signal by a difference between the synchronization signal and a feedback synchronization signal. The display device displays the video signal wirelessly received from the transmitter on a screen. The display device wirelessly provides the feedback synchronization signal corresponding to a display time point to the transmitter. The speaker outputs the delayed audio signal received from the transmitter.
