An outlet box of an apartment house is provided to prevent a fire generated by foreign substances accumulated in a plug connecting groove. A housing has an opening(11) at the front side, and a space inside. An outlet(20) is installed inside the housing to be movable forward and backward, and has a protrusion(P) at the front surface, a body(21) which has a plug connecting groove(21a) with a leg insertion hole(21a2), and an electrode. The electrode is installed inside the body(21), is connected with an external power, and applies power by being closely contacted to a leg. An opening/closing panel(30) is slid toward the side inside the housing, and opens/closes the opening(11). A pair of pulleys(40,41) are installed along the sliding direction of the opening/closing panel(30) inside the housing. A belt(50) interlocks the pair of pulleys(40,41), is fixed at the opening/closing panel(30), and transmits power during the rotation of the pulleys(40,41). A first motor(60) rotates the pulley(40) of one side. A screw axis(70) is screw-coupled to penetrate the front and rear of the outlet(20). A second motor(80) is connected to the screw axis(70). A switch(90) is installed at the front surface of the housing. A first load detecting sensor detects the load of the first motor(60). A second load detecting sensor detects the load of the second motor(80). A controlling unit controls the first motor(60) and the second motor(70) according to the signals of the switch(90), the first load detecting sensor, and the second load detecting sensor. |
