<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently wash not only a foreign matter deposited on a screen but also an iron powder attracted on an outer sheath member. <P>SOLUTION: In this apparatus, a discharge port 2H for discharging a washing fluid reversely flowing-in from a flowing out port 2B is formed on a screen arrangement part 2C, a communication port 3d for discharging a part of the washing fluid from the inside of the screen 3 is formed on an end of the screen 3, and a washing valve 11 released at the reverse flowing-in of the washing fluid is provided on the communication port 3d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
