<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus and an image processing method which can give information for deciding a scope where images are unveiled in photographing images, and can decide the propriety of access in accordance with the scope of unveiling given to the images when accessing the photographed images. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with an imaging device 11 for picking up images, an unveiling scope deciding section 12 for deciding the scope of unveiled images picked up by the imaging device, an information provider 13 for providing the information about the scope of unveiling decided by the unveiling scope deciding section as meta-data to the photographed images, a recording medium 15 for recording the images photographed in the imaging device, and a record control unit 14 for controlling the operations of the recording medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
