<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable two persons to use their respective remote controllers when the two persons watch a television receiver displaying dual screens. <P>SOLUTION: The television receiver has a remote control code registering section for registering a first remote control code and a second remote control code so that they correspond to each of the dual screen; and a control section for determining which remote controller gives a command on the basis of the registered remote control codes, and performing control associated with each of displays of the dual screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
