PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive resin composition providing improved fluidity and sheet appearance at forming, providing a formed product having folding resistance, and having improved temporal deterioration of adhesive strength of a heat-sealed material; and to provide an electroconductive resin sheet using the composition. SOLUTION: The electroconductive resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin and an electroconductive material further contains 0.5-20 mass% of one or more kinds of adhesion-imparting agents selected from the group consisting of a terpene-based resin, a petroleum resin, a rosin-based resin, a coumarone-indene-based resin and hydrogenated products thereof, and an alkyl-phenol resin based on the whole resin.
