PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device high in lock force and hardly broken; and to provide a connector device equipped with it.

SOLUTION: A plate spring part 61 bending in a direction approaching to or separating from the rear end surface of a function expansion card is mounted on a housing 5, and a lock part 62 locking the function expansion card is connected to the plate spring part 61. A guide part 63 for guiding a tip part 61a of the plate spring part 61 in the bending direction of the plate spring part 61 is mounted on the housing 5.
