PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem; when an information processor storing data is stolen, data inside the information processor are likely to flow out.

SOLUTION: In this data protection system, by dividing one piece of digital data into at least two pieces of fragmentary data and divisionally storing the fragmentary data into a plurality of storage means, the data outflow can be prevented even when the information processor storing the data is stolen.
