PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing bittern soybean curd enabling bittern solution to be easily and homogeneously mixed with warm soymilk while keeping sanitary condition to produce bittern soybean curd having sweetness and deliciousness without unevenness in coagulation: and to provide a method for producing bittern soybean curd enabling bittern solution to be easily and homogeneously mixed with warm soymilk while keeping sanitary condition to produce bittern soybean curd having sweetness and deliciousness without unevenness in coagulation.

SOLUTION: The device for producing bittern soybean curd 1 in which bittern solution is mixed with warm soymilk to produce bittern soybean curd, has a curved flow path 51 through which at least the warm soymilk flows, and is provided with a discharge hole 53a formed at a wall surface 52a in the vicinity of the curved flow path 51 to pour the bittern solution into the warm soymilk.
