PLANT MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant maintenance management system in which each of multiplexed equipment is efficiently utilized by averaging the operating time of the multiplexed equipment, and consequently a maintenance span can be prolonged and planning of the maintenance period can be facilitated.

SOLUTION: The plant maintenance management system is provided with: the equipment 1 installed so as to be multiplexed in a plant and to be switched for use; a controller 2 for monitoring and controlling each equipment 1; a console 3 for monitoring and controlling control data from the controller 2; and a maintenance management support device 5 connected to the console. The maintenance management support device 5 is provided with an actual performance data analyzing means 6 having an actual performance data storage part 7 for storing the actual performance data of the operation of each equipment into a database for equipment maintenance; an operation equipment averaging processing part 8 for averaging the operation time of the multiplexed equipment from the equipment operation actual performance information or the equipment information; and a maintenance period calculation processing part 9 for calculating and selecting the maintenance period of the multiplexed equipment 1 from the equipment operation actual performance information or the equipment information.
